Steps

Boil the milk on medium flame on gas. And stir in between to avoid sticking at bottom.

Make paste of custard powder in little warm milk and Keep aside.

When Milk boiled well, add grated paneer in it and stir,boil it for 2 minutes.

Then add sugar in it and stir it that sugar can melt. You can make it in sugar free too.

Then add custard powder paste in it and stir properly.

Then add chopped almond in it and stir it.

Then add Cardamom powder in it and boil for 2 minutes.

Now Kheer is ready. Turn off the gas and keep kheer in a bowl. Let the kheer to cool on room temperature. And keep it in fridge for 3-4 hrs for cooling.

Remove Kheer from fridge and serve it.
