1/2chicken cut to parts
Breadcrumbs
Curry powder
Paprika
1grated ginger
Milk
Deep frying oil

Marinate the chicken in mixture of milk, ginger, curry powder, paprika and salt For 30mins

Heat oil in deep frying pan

Remove the marinade one by one as you cover them with flour then eggs then breadcrumbs

Deep-fry till golden brown
