Grate ginger and garlic in a bowl and add some water and enough salt.

Put the pieces of chicken in that bowl to marinate in a fridge for 30mins.

Beat the egg in a separate bowl then remove the pieces of chicken and roll them on the egg.

Sprinkle enough bread crumbs on the pieces and deep fry them then enjoy.
