
Road side Pav bhaji
Steps

Take a pan put chopper green chilli with green capsicum and cook it for 3 minutes.

Add boiled green peas and cook together for 2 minutes.

Add 4 boiled and mashed potatoes than add chopped tomatoes,yellow butter, degi mirch or red food colour, ginger garlic paste, some salt, pav bhaji masala, kasturi methi and cook it on low flame and use potato masher to make good taxture and cook it for 5 -7 minutes

Take separate pan add 2 spoon of refined oil than add 2 big spoons butter add two big chopped onions and cook it till the time they will become translucent.

Add kasturi methi some pav bhaji and cook them on law flame. now tadka is ready.

Add tadka into mixture and mix it properly. for good luck you can use tomato masher and cook it on law flame.

Add salt according to your taste and some water to make thick curry.

Add butter and garnish it with green coriander with pav and salad
