  1. 1 cupalmond or non-dairy milk
  2. 1 cupbaby spinach
  3. 1/2small cucumber
  4. 2-3small celery stalks
  5. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  6. 1/2of an avocado
  7. 1/2-1 tbspwheatgrass powder

    Here’s what you need. Depending on your blender, chop the cucumber and celery.
