Steps

Clean the lima beans & cut it & boil it.

Heat oil in a kadhai add hing, cumin seeds. when cumin seeds crackels & add onion & sute to pinkish colour. add green chilli + garlic paste saute.

Add all the dry masalas mentioned above& saute and close the lid until the oil separates.
- 4
Add boiled lima beans and saute well, add salt and mix it well
- 5
Garnish with coriander leaves.
