Steps

Add liver in the pan cover and let it cook for 5mins

Add in chopped onions and cooking oil let the onions cook well

Add the crushed garlic n ginger mixture

Add in the tomatoes and salt to taste

Cover and let cook for 5mins

Mix royco in a cup of water and add in the liver and let it cook for 3mins

Turn off the heat and garnish with coriander
- 8
Serve with ugali or rice and enjoy
