Ingredients

15-30 minutes
  1. Chicken fillet
  2. 1 teaspoonsugar
  3. 2 teaspoontable salt
  4. Black pepper
  5. 1 tablespoonJapanese cooking wine
  6. 2 tablespoonsJapanese teriyaki sauce
  7. 1 tablespooncooking olive oil
  8. 2 teaspoonsesame oil
  9. garlic sauce
  10. 5-6Chopped garlic
  11. 1 teaspoontable salt
  12. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  13. 1Chili (optional)

Steps

15-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare the chicken filet with the seasoning. Leave it for 30 mins

  2. 2

    Put the garlic sauce under and above the chicken filet. Wrap the chicken filet with the aluminium paper. Leaves a hole when wrapping.

  3. 3

    Pre-hear the toast oven (toast temperature) for 2 minutes. Cook the chicken filet for 13-15 minutes.
