For Idiyappam Take a vessel add the rice flour and slowing incorporate boiling water and stir and make a soft dough. Add hing and salt for taste to boiling water. Now put the dough into the muruku press which has many holes like the one we use for Sev. Make circles out of it while squeezing the dough. Like in the picture. Now steam it for ten mins in greased vessel. You can use idli stand for it.Serve with kurma.

For kurma : In a kadai add oil then the kada masala green chilli hing curry leaves and onions to this add ginger garlic paste and cook well add all the veggies with salt and cook well. Last add coconut milk to it after switching of the gas and close it let it rest in the steam for a while. Garnish with coriander.Serve with idiyappam. This also goes well with dosa and appam too.
