Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssoaked and rinsed chickpeas
  2. 1onion
  3. 3 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. Falafel spice mix
  7. 1/2 cupparsley

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender, combine all the ingredients with 1/2 cup of water. After blending, add the spices.

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 430°F. Arrange the falafel on a baking sheet with a small brush of oil on the surface. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle a little dried cilantro or sesame seeds if desired.
