Ingredients

2 servings
  • 500 gramschicken
  • 350 gramsonion
  • 50 Gramsginger
  • 10-15garlic cloves
  • as neededsalt, kashmiri mirch, green chillies, laung, kali mirch, badi eliachi
  • as neededchoti eliachi, bhuna jeera, tezpatta
  • as neededmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with curd,salt,kashmiri mirch,lemon juice and ginger garlic paste for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat mustard oil with tezpatta and add chopped onions till golden brown.add ginger garlic and green chillies paste with whole spices already added.

  3. 3

    Add salt and kashmiri mirch as per taste..stir for 5minutes.

  4. 4

    Add marinated chicken and cook for next five minutes.

  5. 5

    Add 1 glass of water and cook for next 2 whistles in pressure cooker.

  6. 6

    Garnish with kasuri methi and green coriander leaves.serve with chapati or nan.
