Ingredients

  • 2 cupsbesan flour
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1/4vanilla essence
  • 1/2baking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix eggs, butter and essence

  3. 3

    Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix

  4. 4

    Let the dough cool in fridge for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Oil the baking tray and make small balls shape with a spoon or fork.

  6. 6

    In the preheated oven bake for 10 minutes
