It's Monsoon...so everybody yearns for something spicy and crunchy to munch on.

Take all the finely chopped vegetables in a deep bowl and mix well.
Add besan, rice flour, salt, grated ginger, baking soda and water to make a thick batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.

Now drop spoonfuls of the batter in the hot oil and fry pakoras over low flame. When one side is turned golden brown, fry the other side. Fry until they are crispy and golden.
Serve hot with chutney, salad and tomato ketchup.
