In a large bowl add all ingredients one by one....

Mix it well...

Now make a dough by using milk as required....

Keep aside for 20 min..

After 20 min again knead it well aprox 10 min..

Now take 1 medium size ball and roll it....like chapati

Now make a square shape parata by folding the chapati..

Now cook it on low medium flame by applying oil...

Serve it with chole masala
