1 cupmaida
2 tbsprava
1/4 tspajwain
2 tbspoil
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 cupwater to knead
for stuffing
2boil potatoes
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 tspdry Mango powder
1/4 tspcumin powder
1/2 tspcoriander seeds
1/2 tspginger garlic paste
1 tspcoriander leaves
1/2 tspgaram masala
other ingredients
2 tbspmaida
Oil for deep frying

Steps

Firstly prepare a dough by mixing all Ingredients listed for dough.

Cover it with moist cloth &rest for 20 mins..

Meanwhile prepare the stuffing by mixing all ingredients listed for stuffing

Dust the dough with maida & roll it with rolling.

Spread potatoes mixture..

Cut the roll to half inch slice & flattern slightly

Dip it in maida paste

Deep fry it immediately.

Untile it becomes golden brown

Serve hot
