1brinjal chopped
1 tspnigella seeds
2-3green chillies chopped
1/2 tspturmeric powder

Heat oil and temper nigella and green chilli chopped
2

Add brinjal and saute well
3

Add chopped spinach and salt
4

Cover it to cook well
5

Add turmeric powder and cover
6

Now as it is soft add sugar and mix well
7

Fry on high heat and switch off
8

Serve it with rice and mustard sauce
