2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
1 tspfive spices
1 tspred chilli Powder (kashmiri)
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil (mustard)

Heat oil and temper five spices

Shallow fry the paneer
3

Add Poppy seed paste,red chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder
4

Mix well and add sugar
5

Add a tsp of raw mustard oil
6

Serve it with rice
