Spaghetti Carbonara with Manchego Cheese

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.

While the spaghetti is cooking, fry the bacon strips until golden and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs and add the cheese, then mix well.

In a saucepan, place the warm spaghetti and add the fried bacon and the egg and cheese mixture.

Mix everything carefully and serve. Enjoy.
