Steps

Take 2cup wheat flour add salt to taste little oil and bind it into a saft dough with water

Keep it covered

Cut the pitatoes and soya saag very finely chioped

Heat a pan add 1/2tbs oil then add cumin seeds,finely chooped garlic cloves,fry for 5sec.

Add asefoetida turmeric powder soya saag and cook for 2_3mints.

Add red chilli powder coriander powder,mix well

Add to potatoes salt to taste dry mango powder.Mix well and keep it to cool in diffrent vessel.

After it is cooled mash completly.

Divide the dough in 4_5part

Fill it with themasala add close and again roll it to mak a medium paratha

Roast it on medium to high flame with oil or ghee.
