#comfort Traditional Punjabi dish which is healthy , easy as well as yummy . Perfect comfort dish for monsoon.
Steps

Take 1 cup whole wheat flour in a wide bowl.
Add 1 cup gram flour.
Mix the flours well with fingers.
Add salt as required.
Add 3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder. - 2
Add 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder.
Add 1.5 teaspoon caraway seeds.
Add 1 tablespoon ghee.
Mix all for 3 minutes.
Add required water. Knead to a semi stiff dough. - 3
The dough is ready. Smear ghee. Keep it covered for 10 minutes.
Take 1 cup finely chopped onions. Add 1.5 tablespoons finely chopped green chillies. - 4
Add 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder.
Add 1/2 teaspoon dry Mango powder.
Add salt as required.
Mix all together and keep aside.
Make medium sized balls ought of the dough.
Spread a ball to medium thickness roti. - 5
Take 1 tablespoon prepared onion filling. Sprinkle on the roti.
Now roll the roti along with the onion filling. Onions, chillies get inserted into the rotis.
Heat a iron tawa to smoking point. Reduce flame. Place the roti on the hot tawa. Let it sit
until upper side puffs slightly. Flip to another side. Spread a teaspoon ghee.
Cook until golden brown spots appear. Repeat steps to cook rest of the Missi rotis.
Punjab famous traditional Missi rotis are ready to serve. - 6
Serve with yogurt.
