In a bowl take the sliced mutton piece and dip into lemon juice,add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp grated jaggery.Rest for 1 hour.Then take a fork and start poking into mutton slice,so that mutton absorb the liquid in it.

Drain out lemon juice from mutton slice,then marinate with ginger paste and red chilli powder.

Take pressure cooker,put the mutton slice in it and 1/4 cup water.Close the lid and cook it for 5-7 mins.

Open the pressure cooker,take out the mutton slice and sprinkle black pepper on it.

Take a pan,put refined oil-3tbsp and fry the mutton slice to golden brown.

Prepare a omlette.Toast the two bread with butter in a pan.place the omlette in between the two slices.

Put lettuce on top of the bread and above that the mutton slice.Apply tomato sauce as per preference.

Garnish with boiled corns, broccoli and some fresh tomato pieces. Sprinkle chat masala.

Serve hot and best to have with fresh juice.

Can be replicated with lamp meat/beef/poke.
