500gm..... Wheat flour
400gm...... Ghee
250gm..... Caster sugar
5-6... Cardamom

Steps

Roast the flour and ghee for some time.

When it becomes golden brown. Off the flame

Cool it and add caster sugar and cardamom and mix it.

When it becomes cool make balls of it.

Now ladoo ready enjoy it.
