Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs80/20 ground beef
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1onion chopped fine
  4. 3/4 Calmond flour
  5. 5 clovesminced garlic
  6. 1/3 Cgrated parmesan
  7. 1beef bouillon cube, broken up
  8. 1/2 tspeach of oregano and Italian seasoning
  9. 1 jarlow net carb spaghetti sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Brown meatballs in olive oil on both sides and transfer to cookie sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Add to pot of sauce and heat.

  5. 5

    Top with grated parmesan. They can be used to top shiritake noodles if desired.

    This is the sauce I use. It is 3 net carbs per 1/2 cup.

    To cut down on the acid of the tomatoes, you can add a tablespoon of red wine to sauce.
