Take a bowl add besan and half tsp of saffron colour mix add water make a soft,thin and lump free batter rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes take a wok add sugar,water,colour and cardamom powder boil for 5 to 7 minutes make a sugar syrup.

Take a wok add pure ghee,then ghee hot take a chalni then pour besan batter and make a boondi then boondi crispy fry then out of ghee.

Fried boondi pour in sugar syrup add melonseeds mix well sugar syrup soak inboondi then gas off.

Then make a ladoo and serve.
