Boil potatoes for 20 minutes,

Mix pees,dhania,turmeric powder,coriander powder

Add ginger and garlic then season with salt.mix well then cook in low heat for 3 minutes

Take another bowl,mix flour with water and aljuang seeds.add little oil then let it cool for ten minutes.

Roll the flour mixture in thin layer to make the samosas.
