Take a heavy bottomed pan add milk bring it to boil.

Add crushed rice stir well, now add roasted sewaei. (Roast it in a 1-2 tsp desi ghee for 2-3 minutes).

Keep stirring untill thick. Add all chopped dryfruits, grated coconut, chirongi.

Add sugar and green cardamom powder.

Stir occasionally till thicken. Then add kewra water mix well.
- 6
Garnish with rose petals and serve hot, warm or chilled.
