I just roasted some veggies with a bit of sesame oil in a pan. And I made a fresh smoked-paprika yogurt sauce to put on top. Made a wrap, and ate it still hot, it was a surprisingly delicious. So quick to make as well and healthy.

Roast the veggies in a bit of sesame oil

Put the veggies in the wrap. Put some cheese at the top (everything taste better with cheese anyway)

Prepare the yogurt sauce: Just put some smoked paprika and curry in a bit of yogurt, stir, and spread it on top of the veggies. EASY AND DELICIOUS!
