Steps

Boil water and deep the omena inside the hot water for 10 minutes.

Remove the omena from the hot water and rinse them with cold water.

Heat fring oil in a pan for about 5 minutes. Deep the omena and fry them till they start turning brown
- 4
Add the onion, garlic,capsicum and ginger and fry them altogether till they turn brown

Add the tomatoes,coriander and a pinch of salt and heat till a thick soup is formed.

Add lemon juice and black pepper if you don't mind.

Serve with your ugali and invite me.
