  • 1big Fresh fish
  • Groundnut oil for frying
  • Salt
  • 1/4 kgFresh red pepper
  • 1/4 (4 kg)Ata rodo
  • 3Seasoning
  • 2big Onion
  • 1/4 teaspoonCurry

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the fresh red pepper,onion and ata rodo to be very smooth blend twice.

  2. 2

    Boil the fish without water just onion,Salt and seasoning.

  3. 3

    Boil for at least 30minutes and fry in groundnut oil

  4. 4

    Seasoning,Curry and salt and put the fresh fish then boil for 15minutes.very easy
