Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgtripe(matumbo)
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • Bunchcoriander (dhania)
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the tripe till clean.

  2. 2

    Put the tripe in clean sufuria with water(to cover the tripe in sufuria)

  3. 3

    Put to boil till tender and soft

    Let the water dry out, add onion and cook till brown with the fat in the tripe. Or add cooking oil.

  5. 5

    Add sliced or chopped tomatoes and cook till mashed. Add coriander stir for 10sec then its ready.

  6. 6

    Remove from fire and serve with either ugali,rice,chapati and veges. Enjoy
