Vanilla banana bread with a bit of chocolate. Can be eaten by a diabetic.
Steps

Preheat oven, and then mix all dry ingredients.

Mix banana and milk.
- 3
Mix egg, cooking oil and vanilla essence, then add to the dry ingredients and mix (i used a spoon to mix)
- 4
Add the banana mix, stir/mix until everything gets mixed.
- 5
Grease your baking tin, and pour in the batter, then pop it into the oven.
- 6
Wait for it to brown, check using a knife, if it comes out dry, the bread is ready. Enjoy!
