Ingredients

  • 250 gmKamrak
  • 1 tbspFenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbspCumin
  • To tasteSugar
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspRed chilli
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take oil in pan then mix cumin and fenugreek and do light fry

  2. 2

    Then mix Kamrakh.. Turmeric.red chilli.. coriander powder then fry about five minute

  3. 3

    Then mix one small cup water and sugar and fry about 15 minutes
