Steps

Take a parat or bowl add maida.

Add salt, sugar, soda, baking powder, and curd mix well with maida. And at last add ghee or butter as u like. Mix well

Make a smooth dough. Cover it with wet cloth. Rest for one and half hour.

Preheat tava on high flame. Make the rolls with dough and make a chapati shape as u like.

In one side of naan grease with water and put on the tava. After 1 min carry tava handle on opposite side.one part of naan roast on the flame.

At last take ghee or butter add chopped coriander leaves. And grease on naan. Naan is ready. Serve with daal makahni.
