Stuffed Matar ka Paratha

Make a stiff dough of wheat flour by adding salt.

For the stuffing, boil green peas and grind without water.

Take 1 tsp of oil add hing jeera and add the dry masalas.

Add green peas paste and salt and saute till the paste is dry.

Add green chillies and ginger now so that the aroma of these are well maintained.
- 6
Stuff them in wheat flour dough and roll and make thick parathas.
- 7
Apply generous amount of oil and make crispy Parathas.
