Make dough with salt and make a stiff dough.

In a pan add 1 tsp oil add grated ginger, add the palak and let the water dry up. Add chilli powder amchur powder and salt. Add gram flour and saute on high flame till we get a dry stuffing.

Stuff them and make the parathas.

Serve with curd.
