Steps

Put charcoal on your jiko and light it

When the charcoal is red hot put wire mesh on top of the jiko

Dip your green maize in a solution of chilly and water for a minute
- 4
Remove the maize and let it drip before putting it on the wire mesh
- 5
Put your maize on the wire mesh and turn it as it roasts into golden brown colour
- 6
When ready serve with hot coffee
