Take a heavy based pan add ghee and suji.

Roast it untill golden brown.

Reduce flame to low.

Stir and cook to avoid any lump formation.

Increase flame to medium cook untill all water gets absorbed.

Stir until sugar dissolves and it has a semi solid consistency.

Now add dry fruits and decorate with dry fruits.

Suji halwa is ready for serve.
