In a bowl add maida, salt, sugar, egg, milk one by one..

Mix it well

Gradually add water..lnead the soft dough....

Knead it 15min...now add some oil into the dough spread the oil and cover it for 2hrs...

Now roll it into small balls..apply oil and again cover band leave it for 1 hr...

Now grease the platform and roll out the paratha very thin..

Fold it on all sides.....toast the Ceylon paratha om all sides by adding little oil

SERVE it with chicken curry or veg korma...
