Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsboiled corn
  2. 2potatoes boiled
  3. 1 teaspoongreen chillies
  4. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  5. 1 teaspoonginger paste
  6. 2 tablespoontomato ketchup
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  9. 2 tablespooncornflour
  10. 1 tablespoonrice flour
  11. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  12. as requiredVegetable oil

    In a bowl, add the boiled corn and potatoes. Smash the potatoes and mix them well.

  2. 2

    Add the salt, green chillies, half of the coriander leaves, rice flour, ginger paste, corn flour, baking soda and mix them well.

  3. 3

    Heat some oil in a wok.

  4. 4

    Make some balls out of the batter.

  5. 5

    Pour the balls in the wok.

  6. 6

    Simmer the flame and let the balls to cook from inside.

  7. 7

    When the balls start to change in colour, increase the flame and deep fry each of them (till golden brown in colour).

    Keep them aside.

  9. 9

    In the same oil, add the dry red chilli.

  10. 10

    Add the balls and then add the tomato ketchup, soya sauce and mix them well. Add the corinader leaves and again saute it for sometime.

    Remove it from the flame and serve hot by garnishing with some coriander leaves.
