First mix the coconut and Jagger let it melt then add ghee and cardamom and stir well till it comes to ball consistency. Keep aside.

Now for the dough. Mix warm water to rice flour with a pinch of salt to make a soft dough. Then make small balls and make a well in it and put the jaggery stuffing inside and seal it pinching the top. Now roll out all same way and steam it for ten mins and it’s ready.
