Heat oil in a pan add cumin, chilli, ginger, onions, salt saute till onions turn slightly golden. Add all masala, peas and boiled potatoes mix well and let the peas, potatoes and masalas cooked for 5 min. Add coriander mix and keep aside.

In a bowl add wheat flour, oil, carom seeds, salt mix well and knead the dough using water, make small ball with the help of dough and place stuffing and roll out paratha. Now heat a tawa and cook this paratha with applying oil both sides and serve hot with curd, sauce or any curry.
