3 cupswhite rice
1/2 cupcooked rice
1 tbsyeast
1/2tspn baking powder
3 tbssugar
Oil for frying

Soak the white rice for 3hrs

Add the cooked rice to the white rice and blend it together

Then add the yeast and baking powder to the blended rice and allow to rise

And add the sugar lastly you fry
