In a double boiler method, melt condensed milk, 200 gms chocolate and butter until well combined.
To the melted chocolate, sift maida, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Gently mix until it’s smooth.
Add boiling water and give a good mix again. - 2
Mix in 50 gms of broken chocolate pieces.
Transfer to a baking pan, which has been lined with aluminium foil and greased.
Spread the batter evenly and place a few broken pieces of oreo.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 180c for about 25-30 mins.
Allow to cool completely before slicing. - 3
Store in an airtight container up to a week and reheat in a microwave for a fudgy soft brownie.
Top it with a scoop of ice cream and devour ! - 4
