Steps

Soak your beans for 15min, pound it in a mortar lightly to soften d back layer.

Turn it in to a bowl n add up enough water n wash carefully to remove the back.

When its clean,add up water n soak for another 30 to 45 min,so as to soften it n making it easier to blend

Wash your onions,red pepper(remove d seeds) n Scotch bonnet n add to ur soaked beans. Strain the water n blend to have a soft paste

Turn to a bowl n beat very well,add up ur seasoning n salt to taste. You can slice onions n add up(optional).

Put oil in a pan,wen its hot- scoop ur beans paste with a spoon into the pan. Repeat action with the remaining paste,when its well fried u turn the other side.

Put in a colander,so as to strain the oil from it. Serve with pap,custard or tea. Enjoy!!
