  • Garlic n Ginger paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 Tbspall purpose flour
  • 1 pinchBaking Powder
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan boil ur fish with salt,Garlic n Ginger paste.Just 1 boil n turn dnt overboil

    Remove from the stock n put in a plate to cool

    Take a bowl n mix flour,BP,salt n egg

    Put the fish in the batter n shallow fry
