Steps

Chop Matumbo and wash well with water. Especially running water.

Boil till tender. You can use a pressure cooker if you have. Then keep aside

Chop your onions, tomatoes and any other spice you have to be chopped

Heat a little cooking oil in a sufuria then add onion to cook till golden brown

Add tomatoes and cover to cook till soft and mashed.

Add garlic powder then Matumbo with a little soup

Add royco and a little salt. But taste before adding salt.

Cover to simmer till ready. Eat with Ugali
