  1. 250 gmWhite chole
  2. 1 cupChopped Onion
  3. 1 cupChopped Tomato
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. To tasteRed chilli powder
  6. 2 tspLemon juice
  7. 1 tspChat Masala
  8. As neededCoriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak Chhole for 2 hours

  2. 2

    Add salt,boil it, drain extra water

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients in boiled Chhola cook it for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Stir it continue

  5. 5

    Serve with kulcha
