It is simple, crunchy,spicy and low calorie snack.
Steps

Dry roast the puffed rice in a pan on low flame about 4 to 5 minutes. Switch off the gas.

Heat the oil in another small pan. Add peanuts and fry till it get nice red colour.

Take it out from the pan and mix it in puffed rice. Now in same pan fry the roasted chick pea till it get golden colour.

Switch off the gas. Take it out from the pan and mix it in puffed rice.

Add metkut +1tsp red chilli powder mix well. Now add salt, sugar powder,amchur and mix it well.

Heat the same pan of oil on low flame. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder,curry leaves, cumin seed powder,coriander seed powder and 2 tsp red chilli powder. Switch off the gas. Mix well.

Pour this tadka in puffed rice and mix well.

Again fry puffed rice for 2 to 3 minutes to make them crispy and get nice coating of masala.

Switch off the gas. Mix well. Let it cool down completely and store it in air tight container.
