4large ripe plump tomatoes halved
3 tbsolive oil
Salt and pepper generous serving
1/4 cupcheese
Grated sweet peppers

Wash and rinse,half in a baking tin, casserole, foil toss in oil

Toss in Salt n pepper

Bake for 5mins on high stuff some peppers and top with cheese

Grilled till browned top with corriander
