  • 4large ripe plump tomatoes halved
  • 3 tbsolive oil
  • Salt and pepper generous serving
  • 1/4 cupcheese
  • Grated sweet peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and rinse,half in a baking tin, casserole, foil toss in oil

    Toss in Salt n pepper

    Bake for 5mins on high stuff some peppers and top with cheese
