Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1/2 cuppearl millet & ragi flour
  2. 50 gmjaggery
  3. 75 gmghee
  4. 2 spoondry ginger powder
  5. as neededWater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take a pan and add jaggery and add some water and boil it

  2. 2

    Take another pan add ghee and raost the both flour till it becomes golden brown.

  3. 3

    Then add boiled jaggery water

  4. 4

    Lastly add dry ginger powder

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
